The Victoria Chau Doc hotel, a colonial classic

Set on the banks of the Bassac River, Victoria Chau Doc Hotel is full of French colonial charm, with pastel-yellow walls and a red-tiled roof. Our hotel lies close to Chau Doc city and has a low-rise design which helps it blend into the riverside landscape. This is a popular area in the Mekong Delta and our guests can enjoy boat trips to floating markets from the hotel, as well as to popular attractions like the Tra Su Bird Sanctuary.

As a four-star hotel, Victoria Chau Doc has many modern amenities such as a fitness club and refreshing pool, as well as traditional colonial design features. The 92 rooms and suites have wooden floors and furniture with locally-made Vietnamese handicrafts, as well as large windows with river views if you stay in the suites or deluxe rooms. To support the local community, except for some management positions, all our staff come from the Mekong and have expert knowledge of the area. We also try to protect the natural beauty of the Mekong Delta by taking eco-friendly measures like installing LED lights, a modern wastewater system and by providing refillable water stations in the hotel rather than using plastic bottles.
