Villa Song HCMC

If you want a peaceful escape after a day of sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Villa Song is the place for you. This beautiful, French colonial villa is set on the banks of the Saigon River. It’s such a tranquil location, you’d never know you were just 15 minutes by boat from the centre of Vietnam’s largest city. Villa Song runs a free shuttle boat service six times a day to and from the centre, so it’s very convenient for exploring HCMC’s key sights.

The property has a striking spiral staircase and 23 rooms, which have been renovated but retain their colonial décor, with wooden floors and high ceilings. Each room has a unique design, with pictures created by Vietnamese artists. To complete the sense of relaxation, Villa Song has a flower-filled garden with saltwater pool, which is overlooked by the gym and spa. After a day of city sightseeing, you can also enjoy a meal from Villa Song’s bistro, which has tables set right on the riverfront.

Your journey will start with one of our UK team – someone like Pam, who's travelled extensively in Vietnam. They’ll shape your ideas into the trip of a lifetime. But they won't do it alone. They'll draw on the expertise of our contacts on the ground, connecting you to the people who'll make your holiday one you'll always remember – the vespa rider who’ll whizz you round HCMC for a unique foodie tour, the guide who’ll take you fishing with locals at Chuon Lagoon and the ranger who’ll guide you to golden-cheeked gibbons to hear their dawn duets.
